TRANSIT MANAGEMENT

With over 30 years in transit management from a bus operator to Senior Region Vice President, there is no aspect that our company has not experienced. 

NGI management team’s vision is to provide and impart those skills learned over the years to up and coming managers in transit, thereby enabling them to provide excellent service in any capacity.

Interim Management

  • General Manager - We provide complete oversight of the KPI’s (key performance indicators) for a public or private passenger transit system including governmental compliance, safety performance, budget development and financial performance, quality of service delivery, provide general guidance to department managers, strategic planning, contract compliance, and any other services as may be required.

  • Operations Manager - We provide oversight of the operations department of a public or private passenger transit system including on street service quality, route supervision, dispatching, safety performance, personnel management, payroll management, and attendance compliance.

 

Operations

Nissi Group can handle the hiring, training, managing, and development of operations personnel. We’ll review and maintain company policies and government regulations.

Allow us to oversee on-time performance as well as provide fare collection data or performance and analytical reporting.

We can provide effective communication and improve relationships with customers, municipalities, and employees.

Parts Management

Nissi Group can ensure that a proper amount of supplies are stocked and available. Act as a direct liaison between vendors and the company location.

We will maintain detailed documentation on organizational operations and finances to produce month end and accounting reports.

We can handle requests and evaluate quotes from vendors to ensure cost effective and competitive pricing as well as perform invoicing and payment processing.
