Monitors and controls run coverage, on-time performance, detours, accidents, incidents, emergencies, back-up service needs and overtime to provide the most efficient and reliable service possible within budgetary parameters. Road Supervision required.

    The Dispatcher will rotate in the duties of supervising and directing the operators, either through radio contact or physical checks and will provide assistance in the field. This position is responsible for all dispatch office functions, including providing customer service on the telephone, in person and in the field.

    Dispatchers are required to provide impeccable customer service to our clients and passengers. These individuals schedule and dispatch operators and drivers, to service vehicles that carry passengers. Dispatchers keep records, logs, and schedules of the calls that they receive, they monitor and control the actions that they take. They maintain information on each call and then prepare a detailed report on all activities occurring during their shifts.

    The Safety and Training Supervisor is responsible for proper training of designated employees including safety education, accident prevention, loss control and regulatory compliance.

    Safety and Training Supervisors respond to and investigate accidents/incidents to include taking photos of accident/incident scene, interviewing involved parties, and assisting with police reports; Coordinates the activities of workers compensation, general liability and vehicle liability insurance carriers and insurance consultants as it affects safety and loss control; Coordinates and ensures compliance with the substance abuse testing program using Federal and Company standards.

    The Parts Manager implements policies and procedures for effective parts inventory management. They are responsible for ensuring supplies are stocked and work directly with vendors monitor competitive pricing and on-time delivery.

    The Parts Clerk supports the maintenance department by maintaining records and conducting audits of inventory. They are responsible for accurate data entry and maintenance of storage space. They are also required to communicate with vendors to secure parts, goods and services.

    Transit Analyst develop, manage, and evaluate solution to improve safety/security, cost-efficiency, time-efficiency, and environmental impact. They are responsible for pulling reports and reconciling reporting oversight. They handle local oversight of system changes and fare table changes to ensure changes take effect with no disruption. They are also responsible for training and motivating call center agents to provide reliable, efficient support for customers.

    Call Center employees take customer calls and provide information using a computerized scheduling and tracking system. Investigates, resolves, documents, and responds promptly to most complex customer complaints and positive feedback in accordance with company policies and procedures.

  • Drives and maintains the appearance of the interior of the bus. Provides safe, reliable and on time transportation to the employees and passengers. Performs a Pre-Trip and Post-Trip inspection of assigned vehicle. Notifies dispatch of deviations, overload, accidents, passenger incidents, medical/behavioral problems, or bus mechanical/electrical trouble.
